Hello!
Happy Friday! Today I am so sore from yesterday! Yesterday Britany and I had another training session with Kristi. She made us work extremely hard again! We had our weekly hourly training. While we were talking to her we came up with the idea to make T-shirts. We have to design a slogan or a logo and we plan to give them to our family and mentors and everyone who has helped us with our project. Today is rest day! Me and Brittany both have differnt foot injuries! So we have been iceing them and making sure that we strach enough. They are not to serious yet but we definitly would not want them to get any worst. This weekend we have our 5 mile run. We are not sure where we are going to do it yet. We have been mixing up the routs that we run which makes it more interesting. Yesterday we averaged an 11 min mile and ran 4.3 miles after our training session! We where very happy about this because our goal is a 10 min mile. We realized that we are getting faster! We also started to take some pictures of us running in action. This we will use for our presntation an scarpbook. Next week Kristi is going to test us again like she did in the beggining so we can have a mid way report and see the improvments we have made. I really feel the running getting easier! It is amazing how quickly you can train your body to get used to it. Ill be back later this weekend and let you know how it is going! Talk to you soon!
